Counted from when your upload finishes, not from when you booked it. Footage arriving outside a business day is back by the end of the next one.

Assembled, trimmed and cut from the card you send us.
Branded motion graphics
Built from your colors, fonts and logo, then reused on every video.
Licensed music
Chosen and licensed for you — nothing to source yourself.
Sound design
Levels balanced, dead air removed, effects where they land.
Color adjustments
White balance and contrast corrected shot to shot.
Captions
Burned in by default, or left off if you’d rather keep the frame clear for graphics. Separate .srt file either way.
Vertical Shorts Up to 10
Cut from the same footage, ready for Reels, Shorts and TikTok. How many depends on how many moments stand alone.

Clips a video Up to 100
A guide, not a limit. Send more and it becomes a custom package, priced before we start — we just won’t quietly charge you for it.
Footage a video Up to 90 min
A full day of shooting with room to spare. Longer shoots get a custom package the same way.
Private upload folder
Set up on day one. Finished videos come back to the same place.
Any camera, any file names
Drag the card in exactly as it came off. No organizing, no renaming.
Revisions
Revision rounds a video Unlimited for 7 days
A round is one consolidated set of notes. Swapping a take, moving a cut, fixing a caption — all revisions.

Questions, notes and scheduling all happen by email. There is no portal to learn.
